What a great place and staff during our difficult time. I would highly recommend this facility. They were professional and very fast in service but allowed us time to grieve!

They said the wait was 45 minutes but almost two hours later we finally found someone to look at our dog. They also brought her to the back room to look at her then said they couldn't get a proper diagnosis because she was upset with them touching her. Well duh, you could have examined her in the exam room with us and you would have been able to do better.

My beloved boxer Maggie May was coughing for a day or two. So i called my vet and as they where overbooked and closing as it was a Saturday they recommended i take her to Northside..
Well i called and was ever so friendly. She explained everything up front..as soon as i arrived i was treated with kindness. Everyone i came in contact with has a love for animals and answered all my nervous questions..
Sad to say but my girl and a lymphoma that was causing her to have breathing difficulty..they took me back and showed me the xrays and went over every single option. I never felt rushed or non informed..i had to make the hardest choice yet knowing the information and all that it involved helped.
As her outcome was horrible i know they did all they could and for that they have my gratitude..she was my best friend and they treated her as if she was theres..Thank you to all that helped me today..God Bless...

May be the most ineptly run place I've ever been to. Been waiting an hour to see an emergency vet and still no sign of one arriving to see us.

These absolute idiots have a doorbell that rings every time someone comes through the door. A great way for them to know if someone is here; a horrible way to try to keep dogs calm. A doorbell has made every dog here go bonkers every time someone comes in the front door.

When I arrived, they had the grim reaper working the front desk. I don't think I could have paid this woman to go slower than she was. I finally had to wave my hand at her to move faster while my dog laid on the floor shaking and screaming. I can't believe my home vet recommended us here.

These guys took our dog in the second we arrived and worked on her for three hours. We are so grateful to have them so close and so good at what they do. We also had to go back because of some fur that ended up getting in some stitches and they cleaned it for free. Dr Marano was amazing and very loving towards our sweet lil pup.
