Dr. Perkin and her staff run a top-notch veterinary clinic. Dr. Perkin is extremely thorough and takes the time to address any and all of your pet's needs and answer any questions you may have. 

The tech staff is caring and helpful and keep the waiting room and examination rooms spotless. Wait times are minimal which is surprising considering Dr. Perkin spends as much time with you and your pet as needed. I highly recommend Broadlands Veterinary Clinic!

I have taken both my dogs and now my geriatric cat to Broadlands for regular exams and other issues. Each time staff have been very welcoming and Dr. Perkins provides straight and concise answers to my questions. 

They were able to get me in the schedule quickly last week when my cat started vomiting an unusual amount. I was a basket case with concerns and questions before an ultrasound (to help diagnose the vomiting). The receptionist was extremely patient and listened to every worry I found myself babbling on about and she responded professionally and compassionately. I appreciate them caring and working with me for all my pets health needs especially during this unexpected appointment. 

Dr. Perkins is exceptionally caring, she takes the time to let your pet adjust and get to know the room (and staff) during exams to let them relax as much as possible, but also keeps things moving at a business like pace so you're not sitting around waiting too long. You can tell she has a passion for helping animals and is entirely invested in their best interest. It's hard for me to trust people with my animals, but I trust the staff at this clinic.

Loving, caring staff. Upfront about costs. I've been with them for two years. My dog had to be put down and the vet was very kind through the whole process. Our new cat was a rescue and they helped bring him back up to a proper quality of life.

Could not have asked for a nicer staff. My dog even nervous peed in the middle of their lobby and they still went out of their way to make him feel calm and comfortable. For someone with a large, kind of skiddish dog, this was amazing. He warmed up to them immediately after that.

This visit was also for an emergency and they made time to see my pup. I didn't even have time to fill out my form when they called his name. I found my new vet clinic and I would recommend to anyone who asked for a suggestion.

After several years of giving more chances to them, enough is enough. A constant rotation of vet techs that either know too little, have too little patience, or are rough with our animals. One time our cat carrier was upended and our cat unceremoniously dumped on the counter. Front desk staff has displayed a constant lack of knowledge, ordering the wrong meds, calling us in to pick up meds that are not actually in, etc....  The vet herself has had a habit of over diagnosing and miss diagnosing problems. We spent thousands of dollars on several batteries of tests to fix our dogs incontinence problem, tried a half dozen meds, and nothing worked. Took her to our new vet and got the problem treated first try. This place is a disaster.
