I was very very pleased with my visit. I met with Dean yesterday, 12/11/2017. Dean was very professional and uplifting during our interaction. He asked valuable questions regarding my piece of jewelry that would only help him in appraising my piece. I appreciated Dean's professional courtesy and honesty, and I will return with any future pieces. Overall, I am very happy and I walked out with cash in hand. Go see Dean! Thanks, Dean!

These guys are the best! I just got a ring from this place that I absolutely love! Very unique peice! Props to Dean who helped me out, they've also been great in the past when they repaired my husbsnds gold watch.

Great experience. Went in to sell some silver. Mark met with me on a weekend after talking with him by phone. Called several others in the area and he not only gave me a better price than the others, but he treated me like family. He's honest, professional and respectful. His security when you walk in makes you feel important and safe during a transaction. Mark explained how long he's been in this industry and it definitely showed during my short visit with him. Mark is one of a kind and his store is clean and upscale. However, even in a small transaction like mine, he treated my like royalty. You can't go wrong with Northwest Gold as long as Mark is at the helm. Go here before you even think about going anywhere else. You won't regret it.

Mark was awesome!  I went with my mom to get some pieces evaluated to help pay for a relative’s extended health care.  Understandably, my mom was having a difficult time emotionally and Mark was so kind and empathetic.  He patiently listened to her concerns and carefully (and thoroughly) went over each piece she brought.  He gave us a great quote on several pieces and paid cash on the spot for the pieces she decided to sell.  There was no obligation, and there were several pieces he recommended NOT selling because of their sentimental value.

All in all, it was an amazing experience!  Mark has been doing this for many years and knows the market and current trends.  I even went back to him to get some of my own pieces evaluated and to get some of my jewelry repaired.  I will definitely be going back to him for any future transactions or repair work!

Approximately three years ago we needed to talk to someone about selling coins and a few pieces of jewelry. We actually walked into a few places that advertised their expertise in appraising jewelry and coins and knew right away that we wouldn't trust them to help us. A friend recommended that we give Northwest Gold and Diamond a try. I am so grateful we did. Their office space is beautifully set up, the owner and staff are personable and efficient, but most of all we had an immediate sense that there was a level of professionalism and expertise that we could trust. Since then we have met with Mark a number of times and he has proven himself to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have recommended him and his business to friends and family when they have had a need to buy jewelry and/or are interested in selling jewelry, gold or silver.
