so far so good...called to schedule an oil change..hoping they could get me in today...answer was YES..cool..  what time, i asked . He said morning or afternoon???  really . amazing.. morning?  around 10:30 . YEP, he said..got my name and i can get my oil changed in 15 minutes...WOW . so far I am impressed!    Well...still incredibly pleased!  they got my oil my
changed and brought me my air filter which was thoroughly trashed...asked if i wanted a new one...yes, yes, i do.  So they installed it and out the door I went.  I can onlt hope i will be in Jamestown again when I need an oil change!  Thank you so much, Northwest Tire!

The staff  was so helpful and pleasant , It is always a postive experience  even time  I take my vehicle  there, I highly suggest buying tires and getting  ur  mechanical  work done at northwest tire in jmst nd. I say a 5 star service.
