I stopped here with an issue with my AC on my way out to Yellowstone with the kids. The mechanics got me in right away, and fixed the problem. They were very fast, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the service!

Dealing with this shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off they never once called to discuss work they were doing prior to doing the work. They just went ahead and did $4200 worth of work then demanded payment in full before they would release the truck. Now within the warranty period part of the work they did is failing and the owner of the shop is refusing to warranty their work. 

I have found loose and missing bolts on some of the components that were worked on. I even found a pry bar on top of transmission that was left behind by one of the mechanics at this shop. 

One can tell a lot about a person by the words one chooses to use to communicate with you. When a large portion of those words are profanity in my opinion that says a lot about the individual. 
I can not express how bad the entire experience has been.

good quality work in my experience. Sometimes unexpected thing happen in service work, anyone who has worked in the industry knows that. I got a water pump replaced, and there were two failed pumps, so we went with a OEM pump finally. They didnt charge me for the labor on first two pumps. Not many shops will eat that. I was impressed.
