Man these guys are legit. They fixed my phone in a couple hours after I thought it was gone for good. True life savers. If you are trying to decide where to go definitely give this place a shot. Great staff, quality work, 10 out of 10 would use again.

Repaired my S8 within two hours, for a very reasonable price compared to other service providers.  Also an authorized Samsung servicer, which means no counterfeit parts, etc.  Definitely recommend these guys to others.

Not sure what happened with some of these other reviewers to give them such a bad impression, but my experience with this business was flawless. I had my Pixel 2 phone yanked out of my pocket by the headphone cable and onto the pavement Wednesday of this week. The upper right hand corner of the back glass cracked. I contacted Google who directed me to uBreakiFix as their authorized repair location. I spoke with one of their reps via their website's chat to confirm I was submitting my repair request correctly and she was incredibly professional and helpful. I called the Moorestown location and the gentleman I spoke to was also very professional and helpful, but informed me they'd have to order the part. They had it in-stock by the next day (Thursday) and I was able to drop it off to them that same day. They had it done in time to be picked up around 6:20pm same-day as well, but I had to wait until today (Friday) to pick it up for personal reasons. They did a great job repairing it, the thing looks like brand-new, and they were also careful to cover the two mic holes so they wouldn't get anything in them during repair. From estart to finish, I honestly don't have a single complaint. Thanks, uBreakiFix! I was super bummed when my shiny new phone got busted, and you fixed it right up.

I brought in my IPad mini with a cracked screen. James P.  was my technician. He had it fixed like brand new in a couple hours. He did an amazing job!

Brought in my desktop tower asking for advice on how to fix an issue where the tower wouldn't turn on. The tech couldn't tell me exactly what the issue was and gave me advice to try replacing a couple parts. Replaced them with brand new parts and it didn't work. Went back and was told it was different parts, went somewhere else before buying those parts and they said it was a completely different issue altogether. The other place fixed the problem and the issue was resolved.

While I understand it's difficult to identify issues occasionally, it was quite annoying that I got the wrong advice the second time; and, possibly, the first.

That said, the place is clean and the workers are nice. They were detailed and organized and I'm sure this is just a one-off mistake; however, I won't be doing business at this store again.
