WORST customer service experience in this place with the Manager "Nick Mjoen" if this is his real name. I just was there in my 4 of July holiday and I felt discriminated and embarrassed by this guy, I'm surely never going back to this facility. I was there before and the other managers were grate but this guy have some really bad manners issues... Really sad for this place with this type of employees.

We had a very unpleasant experience and the was rude and unprofessional however, the manager Nick was able to help us in the end and make the situation a bit better. Thanks Nick!

So far this place gets the 1st place in HORRIBLE customer service. since the moment i walked in to purchase tires for my 2002 honda accord i was gicen an attitude by the employes. I felt embarrassed because one of the employees argue with my the price of struts assambly infron of all the customers in store. I felt discriminated and embarrassed, im surely never going bacj to this facility. they also did a poorly job on my car

My husband's been a loyal customer of NTB for years, I on the other hand always felt like we were being overcharged. No, I'm not a mechanic, but I understand a business setting their prices in order to cover their expenses. Last week I took our car in for a oil change and learned we had not 1 but 2 broken brake lines. Apparently the 2nd line broke upon inspection. The quoted price was $631.86 and my husband freaked out! After several phone calls and a lot of pacing I called Merlin which is .06 miles away, was quoted $300-350, I arranged a tow truck, Nick didn't want to release the car in its condition (p.s. Pete's tow cost me $83!! - will never use them again) and in the end, final cost was $271.53 at Merlin. So, while I never experienced any problems with Nick, my initial thoughts about NTB stand strong. Their overpriced and because of this, they've lost a loyal customer.

NTB This place really sucks . They have the most unprofessional Staff and service Advisors . Starting with the manage r named Nick . I paid for an alignment almost 4 months ago and the alignment was never done correctly took the car in 3 times and now i'm giving up. The Manager is a totally Jerk name Nick he screamed at me over the phone trying to explain what was wrong with the vehicle SCREAMING AND BEING VERY RUDE . Wish they had a better manager there who really knew how to speak to people in a professional way AS A PROFESSION "NOT SCREAM AT PEOPLE. at the end nothing was done I GOT RIPPED OFF with a very disappointing HAVE A GOOD DAY from manager Named Nick MJOEN . Keep your self more realistic when you're telling people to have a good Day. FAKE.
