Each pair of lenses, whether single vision, bifocals, progressives or polarized sun lenses, is crafted in our labs. We do what we do because we love eyes and care about the people behind them. Eye exams are available from Independent Doctors of Optometry at or next to LensCrafters in most states.

I've bought several glasses from this location and have a different problem each time. My last pair of glasses cost over $1000 before insurance which only covered $200. Each time I get my glasses I also purchase the "protection plan" since these glasses are grossly overpriced to begin with and they scratch easily! Everytime, they also reschedule your next appointment for the following year. Upon my latest purchase I bought a pair with Oakley frames that fit a little differently which they took zero time to adjust properly and sent me out the door as quickly as they could. The glasses were very loose and fell off my face the 1st day I had them. Needless to say, they were scratched. I took them back and explained what had happened, to which, I got the response of, "oh, that's too bad." They asked if I had the protection plan and I said yes but don't want to waste my only replacement the first day because I was sure they would get scratched worse before the year was up. Now, fast forward to today, after getting my reminder that I had my eye exam appointment coming up on August 21st, I knew that one year point was near. Going into the store today, I told the rep what I'd like to do so she looked up my account and said my one year was missed by a couple days, sorry. Now, I've worked in retail for many years and know there are always ways to fudge the system or at least make an attempt to do so to make your customer think you're trying for them but I got nothing. Not even the smallest attempt to possibly keep me as a customer. Lens Crafters has possibly the worst customer service I've ever had and even though the Doctor has always been great, I will never step foot in their store again. Shame on them for being so expensive and not backing those prices up with exceptional service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business!

The best vision place ive been to in years. Right when i called them I was able to go in and get my eye exam done and even get contacts and glasses the same day. The person in the front desk was helpfull with all the information given to me before anything was done. The eye doctor was really patient with me and helpfull with any question I had about anything. Would recommend this place to anyone especially if needing things done right away.

My 5 star rating is solely for the optometrist. He took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly examined my eyes to get my prescription accurate. He was very patient and explained my test results in detail. Very professional and not at all belittling like I've experienced numerous times at other places. I highly recommend him! The receptionist leaves a lot to be desired however! When I arrived, I stood at the desk waiting for her while she was on the phone. She never looked up to acknowledge me. Another employee walked up and asked if she needed anything. The receptionist motioned towards me and said "See what she wants". After my "warm welcome", I sat and waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and was never given a reason nor apology for the hold up. After my exam, I stood at the counter waiting to check out and the same receptionist piddled around with paperwork, still never greeting or looking at me. Horrible face for this company! I almost walked out because of her indifference.

I went to this location for an exam for contacts. The doctor who did the exam talked me into different contacts than I had been using for years and also gave me a different prescription than my glasses that I see perfectly out of. I wasn't able to wear the contacts for longer than 10 minutes without getting a splitting headache. I tried going back in to get the right prescription, but due to difficulty getting a babysitter and fear of returning, it took me longer than 3 months to get back in. They told me that since it had been longer than 3 months, I needed a new exam. Even though the new doctor I talked with agreed with me about the mistakes their other doctor had made, they still wanted to charge me. I don't feel like I should have been charged for their doctors mistakes, but they didn't see it that way. Needless to say, I left without letting them do the exam. I would not trust this place to take care of your eye care needs. They are completely clueless!!!
