I made an appointment at 9am two weeks in advance to rotate tires and fix a couple slow leaks. When I get to the store the guy says two hours to do this. He is lying as I know that would not take more than an hour and I see my name on a video board that says 10 am.  Won’t come back to a place that won’t address the obvious issue that somehow the time got messed up by would rather lie to their customer.

I have been going to this ntb for 20 years. They always give me a good deal and do not perform unnecessary work.  

Rudy is great at explaining things for my cars.

I brought in a special valve stem that specifically goes with my wheel that I ordered ahead of time to install with a tire.  They refused to do the installation unless I purchased valve stems from them. Went somewhere else and I'm not coming back.

Went in for a wheel alignment. One of the service writers took down my information and asked me what was wrong with the wheel alignment. When I told him what was wrong his attitude automatically changed and said I was wrong. He Said my problem was something else and didn't care what I had to say. He was really unprofessional and looked like he didn't want to be there. The customer should never have to be wrong and even if so no attitude should be given. This place will no longer get my business nor any other NTB because of this experience. This is not the first time I come here for a wheel alignment And every time I do I get the same poor attitude and told my wheel alignment isn't the problem. When the wheel alignment is done the problem is gone so obviously they don't know what they are talking about. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Been here a couple times and I've regretted it each time. Bad customer service and bad corporate policies. Last time I was here for something very simple (loosening lug nuts) and they didn't want to help me. I told them I would pay for their time but they didn't want to give me literally less than 5 minutes of their time so that I could rotate my wheels. All they had to do was use their impact wrenches for like 15 seconds... but I guess that's too difficult for them or they don't care about earning any business. I would highly recommend the Merlin shop next door, they are much better
