I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. The service center is extremely helpful and understanding. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get an oil change done! I recently had some issues with my Jeep Cherokee battery, and they were able to take it in the same day, and get it fixed within an hour. I'm super impressed and thankful! I highly recommend them.

I had done research and visited quite a few different dealerships in the past few months and Lou and Peter by far provided the best service. When I initially came in the first time I was greeted by Lou he was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. I knew from that meet that eventually I would want to bring my business back within a few weeks I did just that. The second time I came in i was greeted by Peter who too was very personable, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of me from beginning to end and made the process painless. I would definitely recommend this dealer along with either salesmen.

We were interested in a used Jeep GC we'd seen on the website, April reached out to Ziegler Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Downers Grove, and we came in, met Jim, our salesman, test drove. Decided let's go for it. And were treated so well by Jim, Kevin the Sales Manager, Derek the Finance Manager, and eventually Paul in Service. Ended up with the vehicle we wanted, with the finance package even better than we'd hoped for. This was the most stress free and pleasant vehicle purchase we've ever had.

The service rep did a good job of keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. There was an issue with parts that caused a delay (FCA get it together!). I had a part that failed under warranty, so no issue getting it fixed, only finding the part. In addition I wanted to take care of a couple recalls on the car. Unfortunately I could only get one recall taken care of. Chrysler hasn't issued info on parts or procedures on the other. All in all, I am satisfied with the service department's response, but Chrysler as a whole is determined to lose my confidence in their ability to support their products.

Jose and Victor were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient in helping us find the perfect car and gave us an amazing price. I can't thank these two enough for everything they did in our search and we will definitely be coming back in the future. I highly recommend for anyone to come here who is looking for an easy car buying experience at a great price.
