Went to Willowbrook Kia, we were greeted instantly. Our salesman was Victor, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2015 Kia Optima. We had a certain budget in mind & victor helped keep us in the range we wanted to be in. So with the help of Willowbrook Kia we walked out with a beautiful fully loaded Kia Optima. I would recommend this dealership & Victor to anyone interested in fair priced vehicles and great people.

I am so elated to have worked with Victor B. to purchase my new KIA Soul. Victor worked the entire day to secure the perfect car for me. While doing so, he kept my husband and I updated on every point from transporting the car from another location to Willowbrook Kia. It was after hours when the transaction was finally complete with the primary gates being locked. I felt guilty about keeping Victor late as he was going over all the details of the car. I interrupting saying we could read the book and come back for help if needed. However, Victor was determined to go over ALL the details, ending with he would be happy provide us with any future help. As we were following Victor out, he stopped to show us where Service was located. THIS WAS IT...Victor won my heart! I just feel as though Victor is more than just a salesman. He has a warm and caring spirit and he truly wants his customers to be completely satisfied and welcomed to Willowbrook Kia. His concerned has not stopped since I drove my car home. He is still making sure we are satisfied with the service we are receiving in the body dept. for rustproofing. I will refer Victor B., the ultimate salesman, to anyone purchasing a Kia. Great people to do business with. Danny helped so much. They have more than just Kia and ford. We spend months looking for our car and got the best deal with Danny! They take care of you beyond the sale. No pressure or typical car sales nonsense. Highly recommend Willowbrook Kia and Danny!

We just got through working with Victor to purchase our 2018 Kia Soul. We came to Willowbrook Kia after having an unfavorable experience at another dealership closer to our home in Chicago. Dustin and Victor listened to our hopes and preferences and were able to set us up with a great car at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely make the drive from the city when purchasing our next car. EXCELLENT customer service and honest prices. Well worth the drive!

I just leased a brand new 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid. Ken and Danny were the guys who made it all possible for me. I'd have to say that they were the 2 most helpful Salesman/sales Manager duo that my father and I have ever came in contact with. They delivered excellent customer service, the kind of service you rarely expect to see nowadays, making my first car leasing process as seamless and personable as possible. I originally wanted a black or white model and wasn't set on either one.. but Danny already had one in mind for me. He drove it out and we unwrapped it like a present, it was perfect, like it had my name on it! I was already sold on their customer service, but that was the icing on the cake. Ken and Danny made me feel like a queen, Danny was always right there to greet me when I arrived, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of its features and made sure it was in tip-top shape before I left. I would also like to personally thank Ken for going above and beyond to get me into my dream car. All-in-all, the entire morale of the store was very friendly and welcoming, they treated us like family and put everything out on the table. We left the dealership with no doubts or hesitations, just pure satisfaction and excitement! I'm definitely recommending them and this dealership to anyone looking for a car and they sure made believers out of my parents as well. I'm usually not one to write long reviews but I feel these guys deserve the recognition. I could go on and on, and that I will do for years to come at Willowbrook Kia.
