This is a mid level Mexican inspired restaurant in downtown Akron. The food shows some imagination and there is a lot of variety. They have one of the largest margarita and tequila menus I've encountered. This is highly recommended over your local everyday Mexican joint. Make the trip.

Kind of a hit or miss place. Went there for a late lunch on a recent weekday and snagged a table on the near-empty patio. Waiter was of the typical hipster/millennial/chin beard/attitude variety. Service was dog slow. Had the shrimp tacos and they were very tasty and not stingy with the shrimp at all. Sides were not good. Both the black beans and the rice tasted dry and re-heated. And the whole place didn't feel especially clean. For the relatively high prices this place charges, they really need to do a better job on the fundamentals. No reason to go back. Too many very good Akron restaurants that do the basics--and more-right. Next trip to Akron I will head to Bricco or Crave. Either are better alternatives for upscale food.

Love, love, love the food here. Such attention to detail. The owners have hit a home run with this downtown venue. Organic, locally sourced food. Vegetarian options. Fantastic guacamole! Fantastic margaritas. Views from the patio are nice, really a pleasant place to eat. Service has always been good.

Cool spot. Wish there was a 3.5 option. I just think they take themselves a bit too seriously. Think high end Mexican cuisine, emphasis on the high end. Wish it was a little bit more fun, but I don't think fun is their priority. They match other high end establishments though if that is your fancy. The patio is really nice and worth the visit. Get the margarita flight!

Food was great, very fresh and creative. Monday is margarita night with again creativeness. Sat on patio and beautiful downtown Akron night. And Carmen was a great server. He gave us some great advice on some of the dishes and was very attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.
