I signed up to this gym sometime after the summer of 2017 and my key card never worked but they’ve been charging me for the membership which is $30 a month. I’ve tried countless times to come to their location and speak with a representative since their office hours are 10am-7pm Monday’s through thursdays and 7am-4pm on fridays, however, every time I’ve shown up, there has not been a representative at the front desk of the office. This is frustrating because I have not been able to use the gym like I would like to and I’ve been charged for the membership when the key card doesn’t even work. It’s ridiculous and I’d love to get all my money back from this place.

No staff on site , nobody answers the phone or returns a call including from the "manager" Camille even after several messages to get my access set up.

Just signed up. Ben was very friendly. Awesome little gym with everything I need to get a good workout in. Sign up process was quick and easy. I look forward to sweating in there!
