Great experience at this O'Charleys restaurant!  Our waitress, Sarah Joy, was truly a joy to have.  Quick seating, food service was quick and the food delicious.  We had a very enjoyable date night and we will return in the future with the whole family!

If I could, I’d give this place ZERO stars!!! The host said our wait was 25-30 minutes. We got seated in 15. We waited for like 10 minutes before our waitress, Amber O., finally came to our table! One of the people we were with has a gluten allergy and asked for the gluten free menu. She looked at her and said, “We don’t have one. Just get something you know won’t have gluten.” Then left. We finally got our drinks ordered and took ANOTHER 10 minutes to get them! She had 3 tables to take care of. The table beside us got their food and drinks before we even got our drinks! And we were there before them!! When we finally ordered, we waited 45 minutes to get our food!! The man that was with us ordered fish, and it was charcoaled. The woman we were with ordered ribs and they were as dry as the desert. I ordered a PLAIN bacon cheddar burger and she came back with one that had everything on it and my fries, as well as my boyfriends, seemed like that hadn’t been cooked!! We asked for a manager and Amber looked at her manager, while in front of us, and said, “They’re just complaining about why it took 32 minutes for their food to be out.” You don’t say that in front of a customer. Also, I asked for a well done burger. I got medium rare. And for the toppings, she just said she’d go and take them off. Becky, the manager, was amazing. I would rather have had her as our waitress. She brought me a new burger, and both of us fries. When we were paying, she gave us someone else’s change and proceeded to say, “I’m done.” Worst experience ever. Never coming here again.

Good meal. The wait time was extremely long. We had coupons so we stayed. Our party was 4 adults and 2 children.

How does a restaurant run out of filet at 7:30pm on a Saturday night? Food is good but management must be asleep at the wheel.  That being said, the wait staff are very friendly and attentive to families with small kids.
