Steve B from O'Donnell was our serviceman.    He figured out the problem and went to work immediately.  he had everything needed, includin replacement valves, on the truck. The job involved a minor faucet leak, but it required going into a crawl space to get access. Steve was professional and efficient.  He showed up within the scheduled time window and was finished within an hour.

On our heater inspection today, Steve was very friendly, well-groomed, clean and professional--very competent and willing to answer questions. We have relied on O'Donnells for many years for our heat pump and plumbing and they have always done a good job and treated us with respect.

The service representative was on time, quite skilled, efficient and polite.  He listened to my concerns and made adjustments accordingly.  I was quite pleased with my maintenance visit.

Great experience.  I would highly recommend O'Donnell Plumbing.  I am very satisfied with our heating system which was installed several years ago. They also do our system maintenance for our AC. Friendly, courteous and respectful of your home and your time.
