Had a clog in the sewer line and called rotor rooter.  They sent someone out but wouldn’t tell me the price one the phone.  Reason is they tried to tell me it would cost $450 to snake the line once they where here.  Plus he told me it could cost more if they had to go inside the house.  Going rate for such a job is 150-200.  They insisted that this was a competitive rate.  Thankfully I was able to get a local company out and they did it for $150.Rotor Rooter just seems like a scam, they just wanna get to your house so they can rip off desperate customers.

Called Roto Rooter at approximately 2:30PM On 9/27/2017.  Spoke with Jerome Jenkins, explained that I have 2 faucets to be installed in a bathroom sink.  Jerome asked some additional information and stated that a technician could be dispatched to arrive at my address by 6:30PM.  Advised Jerome to schedule and relaxed while awaiting technician.  At approximately 3:20PM, technician, Rob Phillips was knocking on my door!  Rob assessed what I needed and began with the faucet Installation.  During the installation process, the technician had some difficulty getting one of the old faucets, however, with some determination and persistence, Rob was able to remove the old faucet and installed the new ones!!  Rob presented himself very professional and courteous and had a great time talking with the young man!  I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Rob Phillips as a great technician!!👌🏽

They did a great job. They were quick to respond, and quick to get the job done. They also went the extra mile to help identify the issue causing the problem and how to fix it. Thank you Roto-rooter.

Had a clogged sewer line they arrived promptly. Opened the drain then put a camera through the pipe to make sure it was clear. My tech #2881, was very careful not to make a mess which I greatly appreciated

Our main sewage drain was clogged and we called Roto Rooter late Saturday afternoon. Within hours a serviceman arrived and attempted to clear our drain. Unfortunately, he was not able to do so but he explained to us the options and we chose to have the pipe replaced.  We were out of town for most of the week, so the crew arrived early the next Friday and asessed what needed to be done and replaced the pipe.  The crew was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend Roto Rooter to my friends and family.
