Salesperson was polite and knowledgeable about the products, but neither left the counter, nor offered to help install my purchase (windshield wipers), while another employee did offer assistance to another customer.

Facility is clean. Parking lot is easy to access, has plenty of room.

Strike 1: Needed some items for a tune up, including ignition coil boots that weren't in stock.  The associate behind the counter said she could order them and they'd be in by 2:30 PM (It was about 11:30 AM.)  I said that's perfect and placed the order and was told that they'd call me once the parts arrived.  I waited till 4:00 till I finally decided to call them and check status. They said the parts arrived - gee, thanks for calling.

Strike 2: I pick-up the boots, head home, go through the trouble of taking engine apart to complete the replacement work only to find out they gave me the wrong boot. (See pic - boot I need is on left.  What I got is on the right). Put engine back together, and drove back.  The model number on the box was correct but the parts inside were wrong and was given the excuse that "The warehouse must have swapped the parts while making sure the part was in there".  Whatever the heck that means.  Its about 5:30 at this point and now need to wait till next morning.  No apology whatsoever from associate helping me (different then one from earlier).  None.  

Strike 3:  It is now Monday, so I go in after work to retrieve correct parts.  I ordered (and need) 4 boots. Warehouse only shipped 2.  Same associate from prior evening struggled to understand how this happened.  I understand it likely wasn't his fault, but was offered an insincere and half-assed apology that wasn't even worth the breath he took for it.  Requested a refund instead of waiting another day.  

Will *not* be giving this location my business.

Really good service and they price match anything that's online or any coupons you can find they'll price match anything it's awesome

Came in just to buy some valve caps for my tires as I noticed there were a few that had popped off. I wasn't acknowledged when I came in nor was I when I was waiting at the front desk to be helped. I guess there were two customers being helped in front of me which is fine, but between the slow service (only one employee there) and no "I'll be with you in a minute" acknowledgement, me and the guy who came in after eventually left and took our business to the auto zone around the corner. Go to that place instead, they always seem to have a few people who are willing to acknowledge and help. I was in and out of there in two minutes.
