Sales staff were loudly arguing at front counter. No help from sales staff entire time in store. Was charged for an item I didn't purchase (sadly didn't notice until I was home, which is an hour away). Sales consultant that process core charge return didn't seem to want to actually communicate and just kept making awkward motions.
