Very polite staff. A little slow, but very knowledgeable. They were the only ones in town that had my part. You can get loaner tools from them the same as their competition. You can join the reward program and get points for rewards you can cash in later. Very well stocked store. Two locations in New Braunfels.
I will return for part needs in the future.

Wade was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me get the auto parts I needed.  Even though it was Easter Sunday.  Wade and the friendly staff were eager to help.  Thank you guys!
