The representatives were all in their own conversation while helping me i like to be embraced by a conversation not be left out. Don't recommend. I would go to the one in san marcos instead if you need any help

I would score this place as zero we went in for a claim on my phone the guy seemed like he was stoned didn't really care to help us out said that he would take care of it we sat down and filled out the information and it was never done I would not recommend going here to do any business with them

SLOW SLOW SLOW!! There are not enough people working in this store and definitely not enough technicians. You can waste HOURS AND HOURS here. I have done it 3 times. Crazy.

I came in just to ask a couple of questions and Kori Wong being a great sales person went over some great perks of getting the S6 galaxy. Sold, she was super patient with me for the million  plus questions . I am extremely happy with the service she has provided and answering all of my questions.  I recommend Kori Wong to all of my friends.  Great employer!!!!!!

Service is super slow. No one greets you when you walk in. There appears to be no effort to organize customer queuing. If you have a technical problem prepare to wait for over an hour just to be seen. Then another 3 or 4 hours for them to finish fiddling with it. There must be a better way to do this. Sprint, aren't you sharing best practices with your store managers??
