Friendly. Courteous. Helpful. Polite. Knowledgeable. Accommodating. Good prices. Very good quality merchandise at a fair price. If you want an item, and they don't have it in store, they will get it for you. That is my assessment of Badcock. Its a furniture store that while making a profit on sales, it still reaches out to help the community grow. No one is turned away...Because of the quality of service received, It will remain my first choice for furniture shopping.

New to Grovetown from up North, fell in love with Badcock quality furniture and their customer service is exceptional, prices are great! WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Alisha was very helpful.  She helped me carry a 60 inch flat screen television  and load it. I would highly recommend her. Good personality and customer service.

They are very friendly and treat you very well, I have bought a washer and just purchased 2 bedroom suits prices are reasonable!

Very unhappy with this location no one is one the same page. Was told 12 months no interest when buying to discover every bit of interest on bill. Does nothing to satisfy customer won't be going back.
