Kathy and her team are phenomenal! Not only does she know her way around a property, but she knows where to look for what one needs. It was a pleasure to work with Robert Kaetzel. He helped us sell our property quickly and at a good price. He was always courteous and responded without delay to our calls and inquiries. We would definitely recommend him to others and plan to work with him again in the future.

I 100% recommend Mike B to anyone who's looking for a house. He was able to find us multiple houses that fit all of our requirements in such a short amount of time. Super friendly and super helpful and extremely honest through the whole process. He will bend over backwards to make sure you get the house you're looking for, at the price you're looking for.

Our sale was an estate sale in Dundalk MD--house unoccupied.  Dundalk is working class area of mostly older homes that generally require improvements and may take extra effort/attention to sell.  Kathy Banaszewski demonstrated definite working knowledge of the area.  She provided comps and we selected what we expected was a reasonably aggressive asking price.  

Older existing furniture in the house but she added accents to stage.  She got the house listed quickly after we cleared extraneous personal items.  After little more than a week, we had 4 offers and ultimately settled at 5% above asking price. 

The inspection report highlighted several things that had to be addressed prior to closing.  No one in the remaining family lives within an hour of the property, so Kathy accepted the responsibility to deal with contractors and even negotiated lower costs for several repairs.

The whole process from contract signing, through listing, showings, repairs and settlement was about 6 weeks.  We are very pleased

Robert quickly sold my mother's home and for a better price than we had anticipated.  We were amazed at how easy the process was and the process had no negative effects on my ailing mom.  Thanks, Robert, for making one little old lady's last days much less stressful!
