Oakland Kosher Foods is known throughout Northern California for its high quality butcher shop/supermarket, deli, wine selection, catering, and our high quality customer service.

Our catering division caters from the simplest to the gourmet. We also offer shabbat meals, fully cooked and delicious!

Our butcher shop division has the freshest meats & poultry, and now has a complete line of organic meats & poultry.

The deli is a nice place to come to sit and have a great lunch from a hot corn beef sandwich to a rib eye steak and fries.

We have a wide selection of groceries, frozen items, and cheese.

We have a wine cellar that holds over 100 bottles of kosher wine from a selling price of $3.99 per bottle to $129.99 per bottle.

Variety of meat!!Small joint but they have a deli&you can enjoy a fresh cook lunch on the spot with outdoor and indoor seating available. I've had a hamburger with fries&another time,hot dogs with a side salad&it was tasty&again, freshly made. The staff are pretty cool. And it's the only kosher shop convenient for me.

Great variety of frozen and fresh kosher meat and other kosher foods. The meat is expensive, but not much higher than expected for a specialty item, especially one not readily availability anywhere else in the area. (Whole Foods has a very small assortment of kosher meat.)

For what it is, the only kosher grocery in Oakland, this place is great. They could get away without having every cut of meat you could imagine, but they do. They also have bison, veal, lamb and probably venison too if you ask for it. They also run an eat in deli with a few small tables. The food is pretty good and it's very fresh! They also have a great selection of high end wines. While their prices are a little high, they have a great variety of wines like Covenant and Hajdu which are difficult to find, but are fantastic. Check it out!
