We worked with Tom and had a wonderful experience! Tom was honest with us about pricing and our options and they were more than willing to work with us and answer any questions we had. I do recommend doing your research about realistic payment prices and what you can afford when buying a car, but we walked in with a monthly payment amount in our heads an they made it happen. It was a positive environment with absolutely no pressure. All other dealerships made us feel like Chum thrown into shark infested water, but at Oakley we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a very casual and fun experience. I will be recommending Tom and Oakley Auto World to family and friends.

Had a small issue arise but it was resolved by Scott Oakley. His attention to customer service was exceptional. Would recommend doing business with him. Good job Scott

I was very lucky to go to Oakley's. A friend and her husband buy all their vehicles there and I was told that they are honest and that the customer service was great. It was!! Courtney and Chris were great !!!, and everyone I met was friendly. I am very happy with my vehicle, and having the new Oakley Service Center makes me feel safe. Courtney and Chris, thank you so much for all your help and the time you spent explaining things to me from costs to how to operate the radio/CD system & more!!!

We met Jack Miller at the beautiful new full service building where everyone you see is friendly and professional.  Jack made our son’s first buying experience smooth and informative.  A local family business with great attention to detail – what else do you need?  This is the third vehicle we’ve purchased from Oakley Auto and it won’t be the last!  Thanks again to Jack, Scott, and Chris 😊

Jack Miller is an absolute trooper and one of the most genuine guys you'll find.  I expressed some "displeasure" with the first vehicle we tried to get into, but Jack powered through it and stayed true to his nature and helpful throughout. I was able to get the truck I truly wanted and on the drive home after making the purchase; I noticed some mechanical issues and called Jack right away.  They got the truck back in and took a look at it which costed me nothing. A lot of other car lots would have given me the "well, ya bought it as is... sorry!". Jack Miller, Scott, Chris and Kevin were all great. 5 star all the way!
