I love this place. Its quiet peaceful cheap monthly rates rooms are always clean. The suites have a separate bedroom that's pretty big. I recommend this place to everyone

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.  They are very rude here and don't bring anything to your room,  not even toilet paper!!! If you want entertainment though,  just wait til dark and everyone is out on the balcony screaming and fighting,  its truly hilarious.

Ready or not, here we come! We should be arriving around the 1$T to rent a suite, monthly, until we are able to get into something affordable near the city. Can't wait! There's a sex shop right across the street! 😂

This place complete dump.
First ilI' start with the rooms... They have a bad odor, the carpet was filthy and stinks. Paint missing on the walls, random holes in the doors from people hitting them. The old couch had stains the fold out mattress had stains.  The stove was covered in nasty greese and didn't work . Underneath the stove and refrigerator was nothing but old rotting food and trash. Roaches EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere, in the kitchen, bedroom bathroom and closet... The hot water randomly stops working. Old and outdated televisions. 
And the "free wifi" is garbage, complete garbage. Throughout the day is doesnt work and when it does its extreamly slow.

Now for the location... 
The management will rent to anyone, hookers, drug dealers, crackheads. And you can tell who the drug dealers are because people always coming to their room all hours of the night.
I witnessed people fighting in the parking lot. Ive even witnessed someone shooting at another person of drugs. Room 118 is where the main drug dealers stay. People coming and going, people banging on the door, screaming, fighting all at room 218. But management refuses to do anything about them. Cops are always there chasing people, or looking for someone.

The amount of homeless people and hookers is ridiculous 

My advice STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE DUMP AS YOU CAN.
