I want to give them 5 star. But that one bad experience ruined it for me. I went to have the complimentary breakfast. The waitress brought a cup of coffee over. My coffee cup had a fresh lip stick stain on it. Its like they took the cup from another table that just cleared and served coffee it. All they had to do was dip the cup in soap water and rinse it off. Disgusted they had the audacity to do something like that. That just ruined it for me

I stay here often. The service is great, the rooms are clean, it's close to the airport, and the breakfast buffet is perfect for me! I highly recommend this hotel to all my traveling colleagues.

This is an AWESOME place to stay if you have kids.  Their indoor pool is the main reason we always choose them.  We have family that lives in OKC that we could stay with, but the pool is more than worth it!!  Plus check out is at noon so they get a whole extra hour to swim than they do at most of the places in this area!

We brought a group that filled more than 50 rooms (200+ people) for 3 nights and the management kept harassing our kids.  They told us we broke the ping pong table, we made them get it out and show us.... there was nothing wrong with it! They wouldn't give our kids the pool sticks, they closed the pool and ran the kids out before the closing time citing "they had to do maintenance," they told the kids to be quiet at 2:30 in the afternoon, harassed us and told us we had too many people eating from one room - it's a suite that sleeps 6, we only had 5! The list goes on..... VERY UNFRIENDLY!  Our group has been staying here 3 times a year for 10 years and this is how they show their appreciation?!?!  We are going to find another hotel for our next trip in May.

Beautiful rooms! Beds are the bomb! Such a good night's sleep. Close to everything.
