I've stayed here a few times over a 2 month period. First time was good.  After that I would come the room wasn't clean, the floors would need to be swept, found hair in the bed one time. The staff was nice about moving me to another room. Couple weeks a go they were treating the building I found out after I checked in, went to get something to eat came back they're were a couple dead roaches on the floor. Roaches in my room the last time I stayed last week. This time one of the staff came to sweep and mop the floor for me and changed the sheets due to a stain on them, she was great.

My dog, Poncho, and I have lived at the Woodsprings Suites Oklahoma City Airport for almost a year now (4/2017 - 3/2018).  The reason it has been so long is #1 because the staff is great, #2 the place is clean and well kept.  The General Manager, Sherice, and the rest of the staff have treated me (and Poncho) like family.  This has really been a home away from home.  If you are looking for an extended place to stay, for a job or any other reason, I highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the manager sherice. Is is very rude and unfriendly. If not for her, I would give five star's.

This has been the worst place I have stayed. We had roaches (more then just 1) the whole time we stayed. All the front dest did was comp us one night. We had no choice but to stay as all the other hotels were booked. The floor was so dirty you couldn't walk from the shower to the bed without your feet being black.

We stayed here for 4 months all the staff was very friendley,but we paid for a week and was called back to texas for work checked out 2 days early and the gen.manger is a very hatful and rude woman say she does not give refunds realy so they are gonna rent that room out and get double pay cause she owed us 2 nights back, please be aware if you pay for in advance and have to leave she will keep your money
