The landlord is mean if u dont pay on time.  If u have problems paying ur bills on time thenbu dont want to live here.😉

For the most part it's a trailer park-rules are not enforced ,  no security , but if your a felon , drug addict , alcoholic , pedophile,arsonist... it's a great place to live.
