I don’t understand why everyone is so harsh with their reviews of this place. I was concerned to give this place a try but I’m glad we did. We stayed 2 nights and  used the showers...it was fine. They cleaned the bathrooms daily. We always use shower shoes.l though. The staff was very friendly and our neighbors were so nice. If you aren’t expecting a five star resort but are looking for a decent place to stay you have found it.

Sites are primitive to reflect cost, no fires allowed. Pool looks nice and a very nice looking pond towards the front.  Staff are helpful and show you the way when checking in.   Nice transient camp ground.  Close to i75, but cant hardly tell.

Where do I start. My wife and I signed in there for one Month, and we stayed from 2/3/2018 through 2/21/2018 and during that time we experienced many electrical outages.  The only thing good about that park is the staff that works there and yes the showers were clean. We were there for the first week of February which was cool so you did not need to use the air. Then the temp. started to rise and that is when it started hitting my wallet. When we signed in the manager signed us in and during that time she at no time told us that they were experiencing power issues.  As the time went on we lost the A/C Unit in our Bedroom, and we reported it to the staff and the things they told us was unbelievable, Let me back up, we ask for 50-AMP service and we got much less than what we paid for. We were told you did not tell us that you had a full size Refrig. and you needed to turn things off in order to have power.. The manager told my wife we don't offer 50-AMP service we offer electric.. If you have a 30-AMP Breaker and 50-Amp Breaker in your outside panel box that is the service your guest expect. Anyone reading this if you stay there.....You truly are on your own....The owner of that park has a big Transformer in the back of the park, but it has never been hooked up.  This the worst park we have ever stayed GOOD LUCK READERS ::::::::

Stayed one night. Big RV park near big hotels. We found it easy off and on the expressway. However, there sign to turn should be moved down further. It looks like you missed the driveway. Lots of baskets for convenient clean up after pets. Public restroom needs work.  Easy hookup and pull thru on grass with lots of room for 40 ft RV, full-size pickup pulling 21 ft boat. Suited our needs.

ok, I have not even got to the campsite yet and the reviews I am reading are strange, just within , months of each review it goes from ok to disgusting and great..   So I guess the best way to find out for sure is to just go and find out, personally for those really complaining if you want uptown services maybe you should of went further up the road...just sayin. Will not let me post til I enter a star to rate so since I have not been there yet I will give a 3
