Their hours of operations are pretty limited in comparison to other banks. They take a couple of days to process any little thing. Its bad. They need to step up their game.

Going inside has never been an issue. Everyone in there is friendly and helpful. The drive thru however is horrible. Service is super slow, you are lucky if you get a greeting such as a "hello how are you?" Or thank you have a good day. It may not be a big deal to some but I believe good business comes with great customer service and courteous employees. Don't expect a smile either. Go inside or bank elsewbere

Aquí en el banco deberían a las que atienden al público hacerles por individual al algo privado para cuando estén atendiendo en las mesas ,  los que esperan por ser atendidos NO ESTÉN ESCUCHANDO EL SALDO DE LAS CUENTAS DEL CLIENTE Y TODO LO QUE SE HABLA..

El peor de los bancos (y e tenido cuentas en muchos) Burocráticos, todo es un problema, necesita sobres para depositar un cheque, a las 4:00pm ya están cerrados, para colmo para extraer efectivo por Drive thru necesitas un cheque, no basta ni con tu tarjeta, ni tu numero de cuenta, ni tu licencia de conducir, para colmo una orden de estos cheques te cuesta más de 25 dolares. El servicio de lo peor, en una ocasión fui a esta sucursal a hacer un reclamo y la representante me puso a llamar desde mi teléfono a la sucursal central, en ese proceso estuve más de una hora, me pasaban de departamento en departamento y la agente que me estaba atendiendo sentada frente a mi conversando con una compañera como si nada pasara
