I always prefer working with local pet stores, especially for my aquariums. But the customer service at this store was atrocious. When I came in to look at fish, I never was approached by an employee. I was never asked for if I needed assistance or anything. And when I picked out a specific fish I wanted and walked to the front counter, I was never assisted. The manager/owner (not sure who he was) was standing at the desk for several minutes and completely ignored us. He was aware of our presence because he looked at us but still never said anything. Then an employee came up to him and asked if she can go on break, both of them once again ignoring me. I tried to ask for assistance from him and he just walked to the back of the store and didn't respond. I waited for several minutes and when he returned he once again ignored me. I will not be coming back to the store. And I be sure to pass along my poor experience.
