I have gone twice recently and both times there was only cole water in the pet bathing area. Both times I told the staff. The first time they mentioned turning something on in the back that would quickly heat the water. After waiting a while it was warmer. Today I did not have time to wait so my dog suffered through a tepid at best bath. And the soap is very watered down. Not worth the $20.

I have a small aquarium for the kids. This location has assisted w water testing, aquarium prep, fish purchase and all things aquarium related. Ali/Alley(sp?) has been so helpful, words cannot express. She gives me hope that there still is customer service out there. Thanks again! I will continue to return to this store

Awesome place! It's a small & more personal place to shop.The people who work there,are so friendly & nice. They have a good selection of the most items for you're pet.They have also installed a raised walk in bathing area.With a shower area for your dog after a great day outdoors at the Beach,or just to go make it a easier job to wash your Furry little Freind.making the process more enjoyable,for both of you!Giving your four three or even two legged Freind the safer feel of getting washed and dried then fluffed having a day at the spa!Just like the ones you schedule for yourself,even getting a little treat after,a snack after and do some browsing/window shopping.Even your little budy deserves a pampered day every once in a while! They have just the spot for out and the employees!!

They had a photographer named Laura for pet pictures with Santa. Of course, we had them done, priceless memories. They also routinely have vets visit for checkups, shots and a RX for Trifexis. Older store that hubby sometimes thinks smells funny. The staff is always kind and friendly. Overall, we always enjoy our visits here.
