Revised. Wrote a review on someone else's experience on my behalf. I do appreciate the explanation as to the time it took for the tire change, and alignment for the tires to my car. New tires were purchased for the safety for my family and the fact that they take the extra time to make sure every detail is over-viewed is top notch. I will definitely go back and give Oceanside my business. Decided to use Oceanside for the first time due to their raving reviews. Made an appointment to have my tires mounted, aligned and balanced. My father in law was gracious enough to go for me since I have work, and he was there for over 2 hours for a job that in his experience should have taken about 30 min. New to town and was hoping to have found a go to auto body shop down the street from my house but I guess this won't be it.

I really like these guys! It made me very happy when I asked for a second quote (first quote was from another car repair place) and they gave me a significantly lower price to change my alternator. I dropped my car off early morning before I headed in to work and my husband and I picked it up that afternoon. The bill was significantly higher than the quote and even higher than the quote from the other car repair center. My husband questioned them about this and said it wasn't okay to add items on to a bill without first asking the customer. They honored their orginal quote. Just recently I brought my car to them for a power steering issue. I was very thankful that they thought it was a minor issue that would be a reasonable price to fix, considering the age of the car. They asked if they could change the oil for me for $32 since it had been done 3,000 miles ago. I agreed and asked them to be sure and check all the fluids too please, they agreed. This job took two days to finish, I had to call the office numerous times for a status update (I didn't want to go through the same experience as the last time and be charged higher than the estimate). Two days after I picked up the car, an emergency light went on while I was an hour away from home. I had no idea what this light was so I referred to my car ownership book and luckily it was only windshield washer fluid. Whew! I stopped by the shop the next morning on my way to work, the mechanic apologized and put a gallon of fluid in the reservoir. I asked them if I should worry about the fluids. Had they really checked them too? They assured me they had! My confidence is not 100%. It would be better if their customer relations services was on point.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Oceanside. My '08 Mazda 3 has "quirks" that pop up frequently, and I'm always able to bring it right in. I always cross-reference their estimates, and they come out to be very fair. Lauren takes the time to explain everything they recommend thoroughly, and they won't recommend service that isn't needed. They have even told me to get a part elsewhere because it would be cheaper for me. Can't recommend enough!

Towed my vehicle and damaged the shifter then lied about it would not own up to it or pay for it cost me $400. . I wathed the tow truck driver do the damage total crooks stay far far away bunch of liars
