I took my car there this morning to get washed. I was told that they would vacuum out the inside. although they did a good job with the vacuum they half wiped down the inside of my car and left streaks on most of my windows. I still have them a tip and them noticed all that. I wouldn't have tipped them if I noticed they did a poor job on my windows and dashboard. it looked like there were people standing around and they definitely could have done a much better job.

I am always satisfied with how my car looks, whether I just did a basic wash or paid more for a detail.  All the employees are friendly too.  BUT I am sick and tired of the windshield guys that literally attack you as you get out of your car.  It's like walking through the games at a carnival with Carnies barking at you.  They will even try to convince you to call your insurance company on the spot for a speck of bird poop on the windshield. Because it *could* be a tiny sized pit in your "field of vision" .  I only continue to go there because it's the only place on this side of town.  I hope they read the reviews and will get rid of these predatory salesmen.

Not impressed. I used to goto the one in Green Valley before I moved and my car was always immaculate. This one has a bunch of careless employees. My car was cleaned but the inside was still dirty, my dash still had dust, and the windows/mirrors had smear/water marks all over. Will never use this one again. Waste of money.

I don't like the aggressive sales for windshield replacement.
The inside of my car was far from clean.
Inside cashier, was luke warm at best.

Horrible customer service and the clean up crew was just as bad if not worse! Definitely a waste of my time and my money! I do not recommend this place to anyone! I talked to a manager and also spoke with Kevin and neither of them cared to fix the problem and refused to give me my money back!
