Fine place. The vacuums sometimes lack proper suction. I've come here frequently enough and had this issue enough times that I think it's persistent. However, I'm not sure if that's normal, as I don't go anywhere else.

The prices seem fine and there's always a spot for my car. Nobody ever bugs me about taking longer than the allotted five minutes for vacuuming.

I will say, though, that I haven't noticed a difference between their highest priced wash and their next to lowest. So.

When I took my car to Octopus car wash the staff were very helpful. Kenny the manager answered all my questions I had.  I still continue to take my car there. Everyone is very professional and have great customer service.. I always recommend my family and friend to pay y'all. Thank You Octopus Carwash and staff.... Traviesa

I bought a membership since I bought a used white car. The 3 year old paint job seams to be getting better with the regular wash and wax. I'm glad to see the miles of caked on dirt finally turning into a mirror finish. I can't wait to buy a clay bar and continue with our regular washes. The free vacuums is what brought me here in the first place. Good value. Don't tip it just goes into a jar not the individual.
