HORRIBLE!!!   HORRIBLE!!! 
I paid for their "loyalty" program on Nov. 1st.  and on Nov. 22nd I went to get a wash and they refused to honor my payment.  They said I needed to renew.  They insisted that I was trying to sneak another vehicle in for a wash under this plan and made me feel like a criminal...both the head guy and the girl at the counter.  I was humiliated in front of numerous customers while attempting to tell them that the mistake was on their end and someone that works for THEM made an error on my account.  Beware if you think you will actually get a month's washes by purchasing this "loyalty" plan.  NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!!  LOYALTY?!!!!
HOW ABOUT LOYALTY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Overall a great experience. I've been here a few times. Last time they missed wiping down part of the inside of the van, but again on the whole good place to go.

Every time I go, the service gets worse and worse. I only return because it is the only car wash in town and my hoa does not allow you to wash your car. I always get the $18.99 wash hoping getting the higher level wash will give better results. Finally I have had enough! Today, they did not even vacuum the passenger side or the back floor board. When pointed out, they quickly took care of it and apologized. This is a new car, garaged, and only driven around town. A splash of mud got on the side from the church parking lot. Did not notice they had totally missed it until I got home! So very frustrated!

I typically have to do my own wheels after but I've been know to be a little overboard about my cars. lol  Otherwise they do an fine job.  Come on, what do you expect for $9.95 to $18.95?  They also have a hand wash and detail starting at around $35 but I have never used that service.
