Took my car on 22nd st location today...the staff upon entering the car wash were not very friendly...my understanding was that the middle console is to be cleaned...mine still dirty...the dash was still dusty...the bottom car by gas tank filthy yet...then the whole reason i get it washed in the first place was to get bugs off front end and i still have their little corpses plastered on my front end of the car.  Maybe asking if the customers been here before and doing a better job than the one i received to continue getting the customer to return...all i know is you lost a customer for the future.

This is likely the worst car wash to get a full service wash. I took my truck in for a hand wash, paid extra for it and it was very poorly done. I had to return and had management look at it. The wheels were poorly cleaned and had water spots, step rails were loaded with waterspots, the interior was not even touched, I even pointed out the the dash and doors, seats etc.  The manager said they would take care of it. After u got the truck back from the second wash. It came back exactly the same. Nothing in the inside was touched. Poor, poor work by this car wash. Never doing business with this car wash again.

Been using this car wash for years and never had a problem. Today was the first time ive ever brought it back because of a sloppy job.  I spoke to Donny and he took great care of me apologizing about my first ever bad experience.  He personally supervised the redo and threw in a few added extra services I never get for my trouble. I told him the extras were not needed but he insisted and gave me a card for next time.  Everyone has an off day on their service but its how you rebound that makes up for it.  Donny did an amazing job at this.  You guys will remain my carwash of choice for years to come. Thanks Donny for flipping the situation around!

Not sure why I keep going back there. Got home and noticed the rear window not touched top of the car no touched mirrors not cleaned inside wind sheild not cleaned. Pointed some things out at the location and made me feel like I was asking to much for the $65 wash I paid for. Recleaning my truck at home. Total waste of time and money!!
