The service is great and I feel the new management must be doing a better job.

This place has had it great days and and horrible days. Once the new owner purchased the bar it all went downhill.  They are slowly building a new clientele and a new group of regulars and I could see this place being very again with a little effort

Friendly, attentive bartender. The place itself is kind of drab but it had a real nice atmosphere.

Off base bar is what it is... a off base bar. If you need a drink come here they will take care of you. Also if it's on the weekend you might as well get your haircut next door instead of waiting on base...you know what I'm talking about!
