The two reviews were left without comment. Id like to know either how long they've worked for this office or how long their family or loved one has. Chuck, the "office manager", has on more than one occasion looked me directly in my eyes and admitted his office failed to fulfill their purpose and provide the service they're paid to do. One of the most recent occurrences happened this last November, 2016. Chuck himself told me and the other party I was involved with that his office would provide is with an appointment and/or court date to resolve our issue. I even asked for a time frame. He assured me all matters would be resolved within a 6 week time frame. We were there at the office with our own prenegotiated terms. We didn't need a court date. The matter could have been resolved then and there. They REFUSED us service. Guess what: Here we are 11 months later, and STILL the issue has NOT been resolved. I'll admit I've been perturbed the last 3 visits I've made there. However, I find this justified as even Chuck admitted I was NOT provided with the service his office is paid (through OUR tax dollars) to offer. I've also had NO issue expressing my being upset as Chuck will also (rightfully so) tell you. I hope these (personnel) issues are resolved swift and judiciously. P.S. To whom it may concern, Please feel free to contact me through Google with ANY QUESTIONS. I'd be more than happy to even have a sit down with Chuck AND his boss to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have family who came from out of state Who needed to fill some forms , when I called the number in the letter she got in the mail I asked if there was a traductor in the office who could help and talk to the family member I was taking in , they told me I needed to be there to fill out and explain the paperwork to her since she doesn't speak or understand English, when we got there I informed the person at the front desk of the situation,And she told me to fill out the form and explain to her what I was filling out, next thing I know another individual came from inside the office and told me I was committing fraud by helping my family member fill out the paperwork and explaining everything to her , she was rude, had an actitud .she then let me know there was no need for me to be filling or explaining anything since she spoke Spanish, I never knew helping out someone filling out paperwork that is not in their native language" was committing fraud". When i asked to speak to a manager another individual in the front desk told me she needed to know why I was wanting to speak to the manager of the rude person , since when do people need to know why you have a need to file a complaint?!! , when I got a hold of the manager he told me I needed to come back when I didn't have any kids with me! How does having a kid with you affects the ability to file a complaint ?! Needles to say I waited there until the family member was done with the appointment to file the complaint and when I did the only thing they told me was sorry ,nothing about how the individual was in the wrong or what steps they were they going to take.
