The girl that helped us was j. Cole 20999 She was a joy and her supervisor should get her a new car Also The waiting was quiet ,well organized , pleasant , and clean room. Anyone who doesn’t agree is why they have online services. And most public services are very busy. Get a life - complainers. This isn’t a theme park. And by the way The waiting room would be a lot less crowded if people wouldn’t bring the family reunion and friends and babies and toddlers and carriers and cousins and aunts and dates and people from outer space and deadbeats and your freaking gardener.

These people are completely incompetent and their "system" is an absolute joke. Don't think that if you are the first person in line in the morning, you will be the first helped unless you're there for the issues they deem most important, easiest to deal with, or however they classify it. Typically you can count on being there for a minimum of 1.5 hours if you get there well before 8 am. Get there past 8 am and you might as well plan on being out of work for the entire day.

There are barely any human interactions that happen between the staff, and the customers. The office is small, and often wait times are long. The general atmosphere could be lifted though, if the staff members weren't petulant curmudgeons. Elizabeth is the worst, she shouldn't be giving drive tests, or interacting with people at all. I get that you hate your jobs, but it's not the publics fault. Go back to school, or move to a job that requires no human emotion or communication. Jessica is the only helpful person I've encountered at that office.

Help customers who can be helped don't make an already trying process worse! We had a scheduled drive test and after waiting over 2 hours to begin our test the instructor noticed we had printed an incorrect insurance card. She sent me in the building to get the correct one printed. I went back in and spoke with Stacy who lied to me and told me it would take 30 minutes to receive an email to print my correct insurance card so I would have to reschedule. I knew it was a lie because we had failed to print a certificate that was required for testing. A clerk had us send it to her email printed it for us and had us sign it within minutes after sending it to her. We were then able to get in line with our vehicle for testing. I asked Stacy to make an exception being we had been waiting for over 2 hours to no avail. If you can avoid this brach do so certain staff is unempathetic and that is a trait lacking in so many who are employed in positions of service.

New to Texas, came here twice, and both times I had great service. First time I arrived it was basically empty so I was in and out in 20 mins. Second time, it was pretty packed because this was during the holidays. Although it was packed, in total I was there for less than an 1 1/2 hour. The line moved at a good pace. The workers were really nice and gave me extra information that I needed to have and know.
