Running my manufacturing business and using Old Dominion for years and I have been a loyal customer. Never had any issues or problems until the past two months. Old Dominion damaged our last two packaging systems, had us run through hoops to fill out all this paperwork for THEIR damages to our new equipment and charged me THREE times the quoted pricing for shipment. Then when we disputed it, we are given off the wall excuses for these charges. The amount of damage control with our customers for the damaged equipment has cost us thousands. Bottom line, I am not sure what is going on at O.D. but your Twin City hub has some major issues. To the point we will NOT load ANY of our systems onto another Old Dominion truck going forward. They have proven, in many ways, they cannot be trusted!!! How sad a loyal customer is made to feel this way. To note, we did give their sales guy and company ample enough time to make this wrong right but appeared this was not of interest to them. Very unfortunate. Sharing to make others aware and hopefully save someone else from what we have gone through. As a small business, we cannot afford issues like this. Very upsetting.

Guaranteed is not really guaranteed. "Shipments are guaranteed to deliver on time or our freight charges revert to standard charges". This means we will charge you more in case it gets there in time then if it doesn't we give you your money back....what? Genially okay but if you really need it guaranteed go elsewhere
