World-class resort. Staff is extremely professional and helpful. The resort grounds are gorgeous, and the original part of the Inn has so much character and charm. If you plan to eat at Madison's, be sure to make a reservation well in advance. It books up very quickly on holiday weekends. Old Edwards is the class of Highlands NC.

Truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. The room (we stayed in a private cottage) was phenomenal! The atmosphere of the entire facility is simply perfection. Made our honeymoon visit truly something magical!

Worth every penny. Staff and amenities awesome. Great place to celebrate any occasion but especially an anniversary. Pampered like royalty.

We honeymooned here and it was beautiful! The staff and everyone was so nice and helpful from our arrival to our departure! I loved the heated floors in the bathroom in our room and the fact that they had free ice cream bars!! The bed was so amazingly comfortable it made me not want to get up and explore! I would recommend everyone visit at least once!

Let me start by saying please do not work for them first because I use to work for old Edwards and let me tell you it was great but they don’t pay you at all, I worked a buy out that I never got paid for witched they promise to pay me and they never gave me my security deposits back at all. Tried getting in contact with them but they will ignore you or make up something so they don’t pay you the money back Very unprofessional!!! They never have enough workers for the simple reason that they over work everyone and don’t pay enough. I had too references and I was told I was going to get paid for it and I also didn’t get the money for that either it’s just a game for Human Resources which I will be going further with it. Besides all of that you will have very good managers and really good workers Robert Mickey is great, Elizabeth Gantt and Ryan awesome :) Karen knows what she is doing for sure. while I was working for them I didn’t have any complaints. I left because they couldn’t afford me I am worth way more then 7.25 an hour. I am wealthy but that doesn’t mean step all over me. So I have to prove a point now I have to do it on social media. I am not the type of guy to do this but I am looking out for the ones that can’t talk for themselves.
