We were notified a day before we were due to check in that the cabin we reserved was not available. We were offered a house instead. We had to cancel and then when we rearranged our schedules we reserved a different cabin (Cottage) for a couple nights. We showed up a little after 3pm and the beds were not made and dirty sheets and towels were still in the cabin. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. Cabin was outdated with windows that need to be addressed, a ceiling fan that can not be turned off, and several outdated fixtures that need to be addressed. The cabin is on top of another cabin that does not allow for any privacy. This place definitely needs some love!

We stayed in the "Log Cabin". The cabin its self was cute and the creek was beautiful.The inside on the other hand was VERY dirty. Its clear that the floors and windows have not been swept or cleaned all winter. There was left over food in the cabinets and all the dishes were sticky. We also found black mold in the bathroom. We spent the first 2 hours cleaning just to feel comfortable. There weren't even any trash bags in the cabin. We called to express our concerns about the cleanliness of the cabin and to ask for trash bags. We were told someone would be right there....no one ever came. It is absurd to charge someone a $50 cleaning fee for what we walked into. There were some expired coupons and a nice envelope on the table in case we wanted to tip our house keep Ashley. Thankfully we used a coupon code for 50% off.

Awesome spot, dirty cabin (A-frame chalet). Super cool city, and I can't wait to come back, I'll definitely be staying elsewhere. We're not high maintenance people, but it was a fairly gross cabin. Every dish was dirty. We literally washed everything before using it. There was coffee in/on the coffee cups, the dishes were greasy... At least the bathrooms were pretty clean.

What an awesome please! The cabin was very cozy and perfect for family trip. And the views were amazing!!

Home away from home. Friendly staff. Clean Cabins. Great for groups. Property's are secluded and some are creekside. When friends and family come in town this is where we bring them. Reasonable nightly rates and pet friendly. Great area. We visit every other month.
