What an awful experience! When we arrived the manager Paul, had overcharged us for our room. He instructed us adjustments would be made after we left which in fact was correct. However, he never instructed anyone of this prior to arrival. He was extremely rude, and had an attitude the entire duration of the the trip. The rooms are nice, but the views are minimal. If I had the option next time, I would NOT stay at this hotel. The lack of managerial skills are pitiful and embarrassing.

Love this place it's so nostalgic of old Highlands. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Just delightful all around. Thanks!

Everything was delicious we wanted the fried Lobster appetizer that was on a previous menu but they no longer had it and the chef came out and told us he would make it for us anyway.  Everything was absolutely wonderful we thoroughly enjoyed our food and service and we'll definitely be back

Awesome location. Expensive restaurant, rooms were clean, beds comfy, but when it rained the whole room would smell musty since the carpet would get wet as the windows are often open during quick thunderstorms. Our balcony door blew open several times during a storm. They should remove carpet in favor of tile to avoid mold / smell.

Warm, friendly staff make you feel at home. The property is gorgeous with tons of quiet, beautiful scenery. Immaculately clean rooms. If you're looking for an updated, cookie-cutter hotel this isn't it. Its style is quaint, comfortable, and simple.
