This is a great family campground located in Lancaster, PA. It's adjacent to Dutch Wonderland amusement park which is geared towards the younger children. There is actually a stream at the rear of the property which separates the campground from a working Amish farm. Sites were long and level and all have FHUs. There is a well stocked camp store and they sell propane. I didn't use the bath house so I won't comment on it. Cell service was good bit I didn't try wifi or TV. Very family oriented and would highly recommend this for both the amusement park and for exploring Lancaster county.

We rented the deluxe rental unit for 3 nights. That we paid over 600.00 for.  We walked into a locked box over the A/C thermostat so we were not able to adjust to A/C unit. It was 89 degrees in the unit. We went to tell the office and the person working had no idea they had put a lock boxed around the thermostat. We were then told that they had been having issues with the unit and it has been freezing up. That they would call the maintenance and he would have to run a hair dryer to help it unfreeze. Also we would need to tell them what we wanted to temperature set to and they would set it and lock the box back up. The maintenance guy came and said it was fixed. It is still not fixed. Thank goodness it is a cool weekend. When you pay that much money to rent a unit, you expect a working A/C and not a locked thermostat.  This is are 3rd time renting this unit and have never had any issues like this before. It is a great unit and perfect for a large family. With that being said the office staff acted like no big deal thus has been happening.

I absolutely love this campground and look forward to our trip there every year.
We always go the 3rd week in September, and I believe this is our 5th yr there. 
The office personnel are great to deal with, and we've never had a bad experience with anyone. 
Even though your in town, you can't really hear the traffic or much of the noise from the park, and there is so much to do in the area.

The campground is absolutely  spotless and clean. The sites are well manicured and level and easily accommodate large rvs. Nice Lil camp store. Great place for kids or traveling  adults. The amusement park is awesome for 10 yrs or younger. We had a great stay
