Clean store. Well organized. Friendly and helpful staff.
The clearance section is always a hit!
Lower prices in store vs. Online clearance.
The lines get long during the holiday seasons or when they have those one day only deals but its worth it because at the end of the day, i know i saved a bunch of $$$.

They don't have the same size as on line , Big and tall aren't available in store

The store was clean and organized.  I don't think I have ever seen this Lutherville store like this.  Makes shopping tons times more enjoyable.

Sizes and selection limited unless you sift through the clearance section which is online returns.

Its a typical Old Navy store, but the lines are always really long. They always have 3-4 cashiers working, but maybe this is just a very busy location.
