Nice local convenience store.

Basically Luong's is at the back of Spot Market ("Market Spot" really).  Mr Luong really tries hard to have product that the local (as in neighborhood only) market can afford, and will like.  This isn't Nordstroms, but is a good, inexpensive, value-added butcher.  Old fashioned.  Nothing pre-packaged.  

Luong's "best deals" are his cut-to-order steaks - though there are plenty of other specials.  I shy away from the "specials" because as a practical man, Luong has to find a way of selling meat that is getting old.  Good business-man, but not my thing.  However, if you order 3 or 5 or 8 rib-eye steaks, he'll pull out a log, and start sawing it.  Show him with your fingers how thick... and man that's what you get.  

And THOSE steaks are great.  Tender, fresh, great. 

I highly recommend Luong - but treat the deal as "best when you use his custom services".
