I just love this place, the staff really couldn’t be nicer. I have been there several times (including today) and they really treat their customers well & don’t nickel and dime you. It shocks me that Yates gets any business in Alexandria with this place open. Thank you for everything guys.

I was in Alexandria on Sunday for the day and my car just wouldn't start. I had it towed to Old Town Auto Care. I emailed them through their website and heard back from someone on Sunday night. On Monday morning, they diagnosed the problem... the starter...   and had it replace a few hours later. The cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend these guys.

I showed up without an appointment to get my car inspected. Although they had many cars waiting ahead of me the man on duty gave me an accurate time for completing my inspection. He also offered to call me rather than make me wait at the station. The entire process was organized, and efficient. The prices for gas were good, too.

The service was great from a nice group of people and very reasonable compared to other car repair shops in Alexandria. I will be returning in the future.
