The staff here is always very helpful and polite. I usually get my food to go and Leah always has my order ready and good to go. The food is good. It's a typical chain place though so pretty much everything taste the same if you go to one elsewhere.

Called for a to-go order, my husband was out of town and want to cover the cost of my order over the phone the associate stated they couldn't take the payment over the phone, once I arrived to pick my order the associate wanted to put my hot food in a plastic bag, I address I wanted a brown bag so that my food wouldn't be cold by the time I got it home, the shrimp Alfredo was dry and no sauce at all. The bread sticks were chewy and not cooked fresh. This place is my all time favorite I would except to get same service as if I walked in.

The staff was so sweet and sat us promptly even though it was crazy busy being Saturday night and Valentines Day weekend. Our food was so delicious. I have been to many OG before and never have the breadsticks been this delicious. Finally, our waitress Bethany was the epitome of good customer service. She brought everything including refills before we had to think of what we needed next. She smiled and laughed with us. As a customer service representative myself who had a very long,trying week; it was so refreshing to be treated so well and have such a great experience. Very impressed and I think we will continue to go to that location from now on!

The waiter we had on our most recent visit was good, I believe his name was Matthew. The was attentive, friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The food however was a different story. Greasy, salty and not presented nicely. Tried to talk to the manager but was told it was my imagination so we ended up leaving where my 2 year old ended up throwing up an hour later and then we both ended up with food poisoning. I called back and sat on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a manager who never picked up the phone. Won't be going back to this location for certain but the whole thing has turned me off to the brand as a whole.

Love this Olive Garden! Very friendly service and good food. Love their mango martini and strawberry whites chocolate dolcini!
