This is good chicken and biscuits. I especially like the wings. They are full of meat, and just the right amount of spices for me. My only concern is the slowness of the drive-in window. People with large orders are allowed to sit at the drive-in window while their food is prepared. Other drive-ins, those customers would be asked to move forward and their order brought out to them.

The food was horrible it tasted old. The restaurant as a hole is disgusting it doesn't look clean. the staff is unfriendly and they have an attitude and they don't smile. The only thing that was decent was the ice tea

Every Friday morning I stop by for breakfast. This is a weekly treat for the kids yet I have to leave extremely early because I know I'll wait 20 minutes for breakfast. I arrive every Friday at 6:55am and do not leave until 7:15 or after. I'm grabbing biscuits that are already made for the rush... Rude staff each morning, over it! Won't be back to this location. There's another location over by Concord Mills and you don't wait 20 minutes and you aren't greeted by rude employees.

I just sat in line for 20 minutes again due to the extremely slow service. And for the 4th time in a row they have either gotten my order wrong or forgotten the sauce. I only returned because my daughter wanted it but once the new Public shopping center opens and we have more restaurant options I will not be back. This is the most consistently bad service hands down and has only been able to maintain due to lack of options.

As I’m typing this I’m waiting in the drive thru... been sitting here for 20 minutes now and I know I’m going to be late for work. I try to avoid this location because I know it’s slow and also there’s one rude girl that works here and I almost always see her which is unfortunate. I’ve worked in fast food before. There’s no excuse to consistently be this slow.
